The School was started in the year 1985-86 with a few children in GST Road, Chromepet with the objective of imparting wholesome education to children.
Later it was shifted to Ramachandra Road, Chromepet in 1987.
The style of teaching is deliberately informal, friendly and interactive. The teachers are of high academic qualifications and tuition is so directed as to arouse enthusiasm rather than learning by routine. Accent is shifted from the conventional examination grades which can be achieved by mere cramming to the acquiring knowledge. The school aims at turning on well equipped knowledgeable scholars and not to shoot recall memory machines. We believe that subjects are to be studied in a way that it stimulates and provokes real interest in the subjects and not from a competitive instinct of fear of punishment.
Our school students understand the social obligation and adhere to the basic rules of hygiene and physical fitness. They acquire instinctive god manners and add force and power to their character and personality. Students are not taught languages, sciences, humanities and figures only. They also learn adaptability, self-dependence, co-existence with their brethren and generosity. They are persuaded to shed class difference, religious fixations, complexes and petty jealousies.
